TTK
450 |
| The
TTK 450 Low-Temperature Camera, mounted on the X-RED
3000 diffractometer, permits temperature studies to
be made by X-ray methods at temperatures from approx.
- 193 to 450 °C. Tests may be carried out under
vacuum (< 10-3 mbar), air or inert
gas. The TTK 450 comes with a water-cooled bottom.
The sample is placed into the cavity of the sample
holder which is inserted into a cooling/heating
block. |

He-TTK |
|
The
He-TTK Low-Temperature Camera, mounted on the
X-RED 3000 diffractometer, permits temperature
studies to be made by X-ray methods at temperature
from approx. 12 to 700 K. Endurance tests may be
carried out without cryogenic maintenance effort. |

|
| Features
and benefits |
- Temperature
down to 12 K without need of liquid
helium
- Precise
sample alignment by unique sample cradle
- No
misalignment due to thermal contraction
during the cooling process
- Easy
changes of sample
